Day 4: Globe Trekkers Week!

Puerto Rico was our destination today! We began our exploration of this tropical Isle by making Puerto Rican maracas. Next, another educational slide show about Puerto Rico then we danced and listened to authentic Puerto Rican music. Because we all love exploring Blithewold's beautiful grounds so much, the campers headed out for a game of camouflage (similar to hide-and-seek); they were having so much fun, that it lasted an hour! After returning to our camp ( the Carriage House) campers made bean bag Coqui frogs. Before going home, they went on a bug hunt and it was butterflies all around! We can not wait to find out where Jillian will take us tomorrow, which just happens to be Family Fun Friday!!!! Parents and kids are all welcome to join us for Family Fun Friday, we will have a musical performance, crafts, games and face painting from 11-1pm.
